We understand this is a difficult time for you and your family - we want to help make this whole experience as easy as possible for you. So we have put together some delicious menu options to offer your guests. The Luncheon will take place in our Veranda Room, which overlooks the course at Granite Links Golf Club and the city skyline and can accommodate up to 50+ guests. The normal room rental fee of $300 is completely waived for all Bereavements. We realize it may be difficult to guarantee the expected number of guests, but ask that you give us the best idea you can so that we may prepare accordingly.

Choose One Salad
Mixed Greens Salad
Mixed greens tossed with cucumber wheels, carrot ribbons, seasoned tomatoes, basil and roasted peppers. Choice of dressing.
Fresh Fruit Salad
Exotic fruit tossed with fresh mint and a melon cream dressing.
Tortellini Salad
Three-cheese tortellini tossed with grilled broccoli, artichoke hearts, black olives and feta cheese.
Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with cracked pepper, lemon zest, anchovies, fresh croutons and a zesty Chef’s Caesar dressing.

Chicken Marsala
Sautéed mushroom, onions & lightly floured chicken breast in a savory marsala wine & butter sauce.
Marinated Grilled Chicken
Marinated grilled chicken served with an avocado & tomato coulis.
Four cheeses and a roasted tomato cream sauce layered with al dente noodles.
Penne Bolognese
Hearty meat sauce topped with fresh herbs and grated Romano.
Sirloin Strip Steak
Served with caramelized onions and cabernet sauce.
London Broil
Slow roasted and served with fresh horseradish cream and caramelized onions.
Roasted Turkey
Crusted with fresh herbs and served with vegetable pan gravy.
Pork Loin
Tender center cut pork loin glazed with brown sugar butter. Topped with roasted apple and pecan chutney.
Pesto Crusted Cod
Served with herb butter.
New England Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock topped with buttery Ritz Cracker crumb.

Toasted Almond Rice Pilaf
Slow cooked in vegetable broth with fresh herbs, garlic & toasted almonds.
Topped with fresh lemon & extra virgin olive oil.
Roasted Potatoes
gold potatoes roasted with garlic and fresh oregano.  Tossed with extra virgin olive oil.
